Reverse Engineering Tools From A Fiberglass Part

In this episode of ‘Tool Time With Darrell’, President & CEO Darrell Stafford is discussing a recent project where we used reverse engineering from a fiberglass part to make a mass production thermoforming tool and CNC trim tool.

We did this by laser scanning the fiberglass part and modified the fiberglass part design to make it adaptable with the thermoforming process.
