We reverse engineered 3 3D printed vacuum forming tools from old wood tools that are at the end of life and starting to delaminate after forming many parts.

The customer didn’t have the data, so we laser scanned the tools, made the data solid and designed the Catalysis 3D printed vacuum forming tools from that solid data.
