A large thermoforming customer came to us needing a 90″ x 55″ vacuum forming tool, cnc trim tool, QC check fixture & draw box in just 5 days. We were able get all 3 tools printed simultaneously in the same box in 18 hours and within 24 hours, we were working on the tools.

This is one of the many benefits of 3D printing. We are able to complete multiple different tools at once, allowing us to meet aggressive deadlines for the customer.
