Interchangeable 3D Printed Vacuum Forming Tool For A Tray

This is a fully porous interchangeable 3D printed vacuum forming tool for a tray, with 100 RA surface finish. The tool was completed in 2 weeks manufacturing time and is to be used for prototyping.

The tool has removeable divider inserts that are interchangeable using magnets. The metal dividers are bonded into the tool for the adjustable dividers and the magnets lock dividers into place.
