We made a 3D printed tool with a 50″ deep draw
This is a 35″ x 38″ 3D printed vacuum forming tool with a very deep draw of 50″. The porosity of our tool helped with part quality because it allows the customer to be able to pull over the entire surface of the tool.
The robust tool design allows for 10 ten tons of vacuum form pressure.
This customer needed a quick turnaround for this tool in order to meet project deadlines and we were able to complete the tool in just 2-3 weeks! Remember, time = money, so being able to save time ultimately means that you are saving money as well.
