BUTTERFLY 2.0 PROJECT

The project highlighted in this article was our collaboration with SEKISUI KYDEX on their BUTTERFLY 2.0 for Butterfly Flexible Seating Solutions Ltd.

They needed 6 thermoforming tools completed in a couple days for this project due to a last minute design change. We were able to complete 6 Catalysis FX™ vacuum forming tools in just 48 hours, allowing them to meet project deadlines!

With traditional tooling methods, this would typically take weeks to complete, but our 3D printed tooling technology allowed us to expedite the process for them.

We were excited to receive our copy of this edition of SPE Thermoforming Division’s quarterly magazine!
