These are 5 smaller 3D printed vacuum forming tools, all with complex designs and a unique base. The tools have a standard 100 RA surface finish, completed in 1.5 weeks manufacturing time and will be used for mass production parts. This project is an example of how we can modify a design to meet our customer’s individual needs as we created a unique base design to work with with this customer’s machine.
