This is a 3D printed vacuum forming tool with a 50″ diameter. 50″ exceeded our 3D printing envelop, so we made it a 2 piece tool.
In utilizing the unlimited 3D printing design capability, we were able to design a unique attachment method that allowed the tool to maintain part quality!
