As 2020 comes to an end, we wanted to take the time to review all the things we’ve done this year! This didn’t end up being the year that anyone expected or could of prepared for. But, we are very happy that we could help our customers with their tooling needs & provide much needed PPE when COVID-19 started impacting all of our lives. While it didn’t end up going according to plan, 2020 became the best year Catalysis has had thus far.
Here’s a look into all that we were able to do this year!
We moved to our new location
OEM Supplier Meeting
Manufactured vacuum forming tools to support Penn College research project
Manufactured 50,000 much needed PPE
We made the decision to slow down production of our normal tooling production to provide some support in the fight against COVID-19. In the effort, we were able to manufacture 50,000 PPE units in just 2 weeks!

Summer Intern
We brought a Summer intern, Eric Nickell from Ohio University to the team! During his time at Catalysis, he was able to assist in the design & management of multiple projects. develop design standards, assist in the creation of more robust quality control standards, as well as work on the development of PPE equipment in response to the COVID-19 pandemic.
New additions to the team
In addition to our Summer intern, we also had some other team additions! These additions include to our manufacturing team, as well as our advisory board & manufacturing reps.

A lot happened this year. Some was expected, but most were not. We want to thank our customers & strategic partners for helping us make 2020 the best year yet! We can’t wait to see what we are able to do in the future!
