This is a 3D printed tool to make foam parts for a furniture application, to be used for mass production parts. Foam part manufacturing tools typically need to be heated to 150F, but Catalysis uses 3D printing to make these tools with no water to heat the tool. Instead, we use a proprietary conductive paint to heat the tool.
