What was the motivation behind starting Catalysis & how are we using 3d printed tooling to disrupt the tooling industry?

Catalysis was started because of the opportunity to reduce cost & time for tooling due to the fact that prototype & low volume tooling can be very expensive.

President & CEO Darrell Stafford shows the progress we’ve made with from a polymer print we made 4 years ago, to a different 3d printing technology that we use today. We can now print large tools in just a couple of hours.

We’ve made a lot of advancement over the last 4 years to be able to successfully reduce cost & time for the customers. Over the next couple of weeks, we are going to be dedicating our Tooling Tuesday videos to more education & information on the processes that we use.
