While working at Honda of America Mfg, Darrell Stafford and Rick Shibko saw the focus on reducing product development schedules and the impact that was having on reducing Tooling Lead Times and the subsequent result of increased Prototype Tooling Costs. With more new products being introduced and the increasing frequency of model changes, the Prototype Tooling Costs and Lead times were a challenge to reduce.
Catalysis Additive Tooling was created by utilizing the collective 60+ years of Automotive Engineering/Tooling/New Model Development experience of Stafford and Shibko and combining that with their 10+ years of Additive Manufacturing/3D Printing research to offer their customers a Complete Solution to support their Development and Production needs.
Catalysis Additive Tooling takes an agnostic approach to 3D Printing. We apply a number of different 3D Printing technologies and select the best technology to meet and exceed our customer needs.
